Pavan Kumar Vadlamani has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition (General Manager) at Sigachi Pharma. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for strengthening the company’s talent strategy, focusing on leadership hiring, stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and enhancing candidate experience to drive organizational growth.
Pavan Kumar Vadlamani joins Sigachi Pharma from Arcolab Private Limited, where he served as Senior Process Lead and Process Lead Talent Acquisition for over three years. During his tenure, he specialized in manpower planning, stakeholder management, process excellence, and digitization, helping the organization scale effectively.
Earlier, Pavan Kumar Vadlamani spent nearly eight years with Syngene International Limited, advancing from Assistant Manager to Associate Manager in HR, where he played a key role in leadership hiring, manpower budgeting, and building robust HR processes. He also held talent acquisition roles at Novartis, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, ITC-ABD, and Ma Foi Randstad, where he handled diverse recruitment mandates across pharma, R&D, production, and IT.
With nearly two decades of experience across leading pharma and healthcare organizations, Pavan Kumar Vadlamani brings deep expertise in strategic talent acquisition, global mandates, and leadership hiring.
