Sameer Deshmukh has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Caravel Motors Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring profitability, and overseeing all key operations including sales, service, marketing, and finance. His focus will also include setting the organizational culture and ensuring compliance with regulations and brand standards.
Sameer Deshmukh previously served as Business Head at Concept Group, where he led operations in Ahmedabad. Prior to that, he was General Manager at BMW – Munich Motors, Raipur, managing dealership profitability, operations, and customer satisfaction while implementing long-term business strategies and marketing plans.
Earlier in his career, Sameer Deshmukh held leadership roles as General Manager at Trident Motors, Deputy General Manager at Navnit Motors, and Senior Manager at Fortpoint Automotive and Auto Hangar India. He also successfully ran his own venture, Icon Auto Solutions, a multi-car dealership offering new and pre-owned vehicles along with finance and insurance solutions.
With over 18 years of experience in the automobile industry, Sameer Deshmukh has developed expertise in sales management, business development, customer experience, and dealership operations. His appointment as CEO marks a significant milestone for Caravel Motors as the company looks to strengthen its presence and growth in the automotive sector.
