Previously, Varun Kohli served as Chief Operating Officer at Times Network, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening business operations. He also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Sporty Media Solutionz Pvt Ltd., leading its sports rights management business and successfully facilitating the sale of InsideSport to a leading foreign digital player.
Earlier in his career, Varun Kohli worked with iTV Network – India News & NewsX as Group CEO, where he was instrumental in turning the company profitable and launching new initiatives such as the Pro Wrestling League. He has also held senior leadership positions at CNBC-TV18 (TV18 Broadcast Limited), DNA Newspapers Limited, Mogae Media Pvt Ltd., Mail Today (India Today Group), Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd., Amar Ujala Publications Ltd., and Hindustan Times.
