Manvi Singh has been appointed as Associate Vice President – HR (New Energy Business) at Amara Raja Group, effective September 2025. In this strategic leadership role, she will be spearheading HR initiatives to support the group’s new energy vertical, with a strong focus on workforce transformation, talent development, and organizational excellence.
Prior to this, Manvi was associated with Pidilite Industries Limited for over seven years, most recently serving as Head HR – Sales & Marketing Workforce. During her tenure, she led impactful HR strategies that strengthened organizational culture, enhanced employee engagement, and enabled business growth. Her role was instrumental in aligning people practices with Pidilite’s dynamic business requirements.
Manvi brings with her over 18 years of rich experience across leading organizations. She has previously worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Baxter International Inc., Novartis India Ltd., and Godrej Industries Ltd.. Across these roles, she has gained deep expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, capability building, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
A seasoned HR leader, Manvi is known for her ability to blend strategic HR vision with operational excellence. Her appointment at Amara Raja Group comes at a crucial time as the company accelerates its efforts in the new energy space, and her leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future.
