Akshay Seth (LinkedIn) has joined PayMe as AVP – Product Management, effective September 2025. Based in Noida, Akshay will lead product strategy and management, driving innovation across PayMe’s digital financial ecosystem.
Before this, Akshay served as Senior Product Manager at PayMe, where he revolutionized credit access with an AI-driven credit score engine, optimized user journeys, and launched multiple next-gen fintech products, including RegTech, GenAI, and Lending Tech solutions. He also played a pivotal role in building PayMe’s SuperApp platform, integrating services such as Digital Gold, Credit Card, and LAMF, driving adoption and user engagement.
Akshay brings extensive experience from roles at Paytm, Newgen Software, and Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he managed end-to-end product lifecycles, developed PRDs and BRDs, led market research, and implemented innovative SaaS and mobile solutions. His expertise spans agile methodologies, UX design, SDLC, and competitive analysis, consistently delivering products that improve user experience and drive growth.
Starting his career as a Research Analyst at Equityboxx and progressing through leadership roles in banking and fintech, Akshay has a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights and products that empower users. His appointment at PayMe underscores the company’s commitment to next-generation digital finance solutions and strategic product innovation.
