Saurabh Katekar has joined DivyaSree Developers as Chief Operating Officer (RRE), effective August 2025. In this strategic leadership position, he will oversee residential real estate operations, project delivery, and execution excellence across DivyaSree’s portfolio, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His appointment marks an important step in strengthening DivyaSree Developers’ leadership team as it continues its focus on scaling projects across key markets.
Prior to joining DivyaSree Developers, Saurabh Katekar was National Head – Projects at Arvind SmartSpaces, where he managed project planning, execution, and delivery across the company’s residential and township developments. His role at Arvind SmartSpaces was instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring on-time project completions across multiple geographies.
Earlier, Saurabh served as Sr. Vice President – Projects at Kalpataru Limited, heading township projects in Pune and Hyderabad regions. He also worked as Vice President – Projects at Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Pvt Ltd, leading large-scale township construction in Pune and Mumbai. His tenure at LODHA Group as Associate Vice President (Construction Management) saw him heading the Belmondo integrated township project in Pune, a 130-acre development with 32 towers, 117 villas, a 23-acre golf course, and a five-star clubhouse.
With over 15 years of experience across DivyaSree Developers, Arvind SmartSpaces, Kalpataru Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville, and LODHA Group, Saurabh Katekar has built a strong track record in managing end-to-end construction operations, township development, and large-scale project management. His expertise lies in delivering high-quality projects with a focus on timelines, cost efficiency, and superior customer experience.
