Palwinder Singh has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Lodha Group. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing key operational and project execution initiatives across Lodha’s diverse real estate portfolio in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Palwinder brings over three decades of experience in construction and real estate development, having led large-scale projects with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Lodha Group, he spent more than a decade at Piramal Realty, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Executive Vice President – Projects, Executive Vice President – Projects, and Vice President – Projects. During his tenure, he managed multiple landmark projects across Mumbai, driving both operational efficiency and innovative project execution strategies.
Before his tenure at Piramal Realty, Palwinder Singh built a strong foundation at Larsen & Toubro Construction Group, where he worked for over 20 years as a Project Manager. His work included managing high-profile construction projects, honing his expertise in complex project management, and delivering high-quality infrastructure on time and within budget.
At Lodha Group, Palwinder Singh is expected to leverage his extensive experience to enhance project delivery, operational processes, and strategic execution across the company’s portfolio. His leadership is set to strengthen Lodha’s position as a leading real estate developer in India.
