With more than two decades of global leadership experience in technology services and digital transformation, Sreekanth is set to lead CtrlAltNow in shaping innovative solutions that help enterprises streamline workflows and accelerate digital adoption.
Prior to founding CtrlAltNow, Sreekanth served as the Founder and CEO of Dextara Digital, where he successfully built and scaled the company into a leading Salesforce consulting partner. Over nearly six years, he steered the organisation through rapid growth, establishing strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering transformative digital solutions.
Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Sreekanth held senior leadership roles at Virtusa and NIIT Technologies, serving as Executive Vice President and Global Business Head. During this period, he managed large-scale delivery operations, strengthened client portfolios, and led high-performance teams across global markets. His earlier entrepreneurial role as Co-Founder & Chief Executive at TenXLabs further reflects his passion for building businesses from the ground up.
Sreekanth began his professional career as a Product Engineer at Pramati Technologies and steadily advanced into senior executive roles. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, he has combined technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive sustainable business growth throughout his career.
