Vishruta Kathuria has joined True North as a Private Equity Professional, further strengthening the firm’s investment team with her diverse experience in strategy, consulting, and business growth. An IIT Delhi Institute Medallist and incoming MBA candidate at the prestigious Chicago Booth School of Business, Vishruta brings strong analytical acumen and a proven record of leadership to her new role.
Before joining True North, Vishruta was associated with Arthur D. Little in India, where she worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst. During her tenure, she contributed to high-impact strategy and transformation projects across multiple industries, building a strong foundation in management consulting and problem-solving at scale.
Her professional journey also includes experience at Unilever as a Supply Chain Management Intern, where she developed operational insights, and at Navo (formerly Bizup) as a Growth and Strategy Intern, where she supported market expansion initiatives. She has also held international research roles at Topsoe in Denmark and the Helmholtz Association in Germany, giving her exposure to global business and research environments.
A graduate of IIT Delhi with a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, where she ranked first in her department, Vishruta stood out not only academically but also through leadership roles as a Teaching Assistant and Marketing Executive for Tryst 2022, the institute’s technical festival. Her stellar academic performance and extracurricular contributions underline her well-rounded profile.
