Prior to joining IngenX Technology, Neeraj spent over six years at HCL Technologies, where he played a key role in delivering large-scale SAP solutions, driving business transformation, and integrating functional processes for global clients. His earlier career includes significant contributions at Subros Limited, Sunstar Overseas Ltd., KRBL Ltd., PeopleIT Services, and other organisations where he built a solid foundation in SAP project implementation, functional integration, and master data management.
Neeraj’s professional journey began in public service with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), where he managed personnel records, payroll systems, service verification, and legal compliance for over seven years. This early experience instilled in him strong administrative, analytical, and leadership skills, which have remained core to his corporate career.
