Indrajeet Dey has joined JSW Greentech Limited as Lead EHS – Deputy General Manager, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership in environment, health, and safety (EHS). With over 15 years of experience across some of the most respected names in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, Indrajeet brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining JSW Greentech in June 2025, Indrajeet served as EHS Head at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he was instrumental in driving safety transformations and sustainability initiatives across their Indian operations. He also held senior EHS roles at Kohler Energy – Engines, contributing to risk mitigation, compliance, and behavioral safety culture enhancements during a crucial period of operational growth.
His career journey includes stints at DIAGEO India, Tata Consulting Engineers, Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), and Simplex Infrastructures Limited, where he led high-impact HSE initiatives across construction, power, and industrial engineering projects. From the Rajasthan Atomic Power Project to the Rajghat Flyover, Indrajeet has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to proactive safety governance and compliance excellence.
At JSW Greentech, Indrajeet’s role will focus on reinforcing the company’s ESG vision while building robust systems to support its growing renewable energy portfolio.
