Pravin Pratap Salvi has been appointed as Chief Institutional Business Officer – Government Channels at Voll Sante, a leading player in healthcare solutions. In his new role, he is focusing on expanding the company’s presence across government healthcare channels pan-India, leveraging his extensive experience in institutional business development, public sector engagement, and innovative medical solutions.
Prior to joining Voll Sante, Pravin worked as a freelance Consultant – Technical Support with Avadhut Enterprises, where he provided strategic advisory for Central and State Government healthcare projects. His work included establishing public market business for pharmaceutical and medical device products, managing public–private partnership programmes, and facilitating tender processes for key government accounts such as the Indian Railways, Indian Army, and PSUs.
From 2020 to 2025, Pravin served as National Head – Government Institutional Business at Hospro-Neon Laboratories Ltd, leading sales and marketing for an innovative product range aimed at reducing hospital-acquired infections. His portfolio featured patented medical devices from the USA, Sweden, and Japan, with applications in ICUs, OTs, and advanced wound care. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Zuventus Health Care, Zydus Group–Biochem, BSN Medical, MSD Pharmaceuticals, and Fresenius Kabi, where he consistently built high-performing teams and drove market growth in the public healthcare sector.
An alumnus of Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management with a Master’s degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from D. G. Ruparel College, Pravin brings a rare blend of technical knowledge, marketing acumen, and government liaison expertise. His appointment is expected to strengthen Voll Sante’s government business footprint and drive innovative healthcare solutions to public institutions nationwide.
