Before joining Farmoganic, Ashutosh served as Senior Executive – Business Development at Ankush Speciality Ingredients Pvt. Ltd, where he spent a year leading business operations in the North India market. His focus on multitasking, client servicing, and market outreach played a crucial role in building lasting relationships and improving sales pipelines. Ashutosh also held the position of Technical Sales Executive at Valuetree Ingredients Pvt Ltd, where he specialized in ingredient-based technical sales and actively contributed to account expansion initiatives.
His foundation in product development began at Lambent Lab, where he worked in R&D and product marketing for cosmetic formulations. He further honed his formulation and production skills at Golden Petal Cosmetic, taking charge of research, development, and manufacturing activities. With a unique blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen, Ashutosh brings a rare perspective that bridges customer needs with product innovation.
