Prior to joining JioBlackRock, he was Senior Director at Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting, where he spent four years driving brand reputation and stakeholder engagement for a diverse set of clients. He has also held senior leadership roles at top-tier firms including Weber Shandwick and MSL India, where he led integrated media strategies for marquee brands.

Daylon’s early career saw impactful stints at Genesis Burson-Marsteller, HSBC, and Hanmer & Partners, where he honed his expertise in media relations, corporate sustainability, and strategic storytelling. His ability to craft compelling narratives and align communications with business goals has earned him a strong reputation across the Indian PR and communications ecosystem.

A graduate in Mass Media from KC College, Mumbai, and an alumnus of St. Mary’s ICSE, Mazagaon, Daylon has consistently championed brand authenticity and purposeful messaging throughout his career. In his new capacity at JioBlackRock, he is expected to shape public perception, manage media relations, and establish a strong communications foundation for the joint venture’s ambitious plans.
