With a rich background in coaching, event management, and player development, Vedang is expected to lead iQOO’s strategic vision for community engagement, gaming innovation, and competitive outreach across the Indian subcontinent.
Vedang brings with him over four years of in-depth experience as a professional Esports Coach at Orangutan, where he has been instrumental in shaping player performance, fostering team synergy, and building a robust competitive ecosystem. His coaching tenure also includes impactful stints with organisations such as Gods Reign and BlitzkriegXP, where he led high-performance teams in national tournaments and esports leagues.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to blend analytical gameplay with mentorship, Vedang has also been a strong advocate for trust-building, holistic training, and psychological readiness among competitive players. His contributions have earned him a solid reputation not only as a coach but also as a thought leader in the evolving Indian esports landscape.
Currently pursuing his MBA at DY Patil University, Vedang combines academic rigour with practical expertise in management, marketing, and strategic leadership.
