Namrata Tata has stepped into a new chapter of her dynamic career, joining Adnet Global as Head of Marketing. With over two decades of leadership in media, entertainment, and brand strategy, her appointment marks a strategic move by the company to sharpen its global marketing efforts and expand brand visibility across key markets.
Before joining Adnet Global, Namrata was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder at House of Cheer and Happiest Places to Work®️, where she spent nearly six years building purpose-led brands and crafting people-first experiences. Under her guidance, both ventures became influential platforms blending storytelling, emotional analytics, and culture-building for organisations.
Her most prominent corporate stint was with Viacom18, where she held the role of Executive Vice President & Revenue Head for the Youth, Music & English Entertainment cluster. At Viacom18, Namrata played a pivotal role in launching Colors Infinity, India’s first English singing talent hunt The Stage, and several other pathbreaking IPs. She was also responsible for forging content-led partnerships with global brands like Airbnb, HP, LinkedIn, and Mercedes, establishing herself as one of the most creative minds in branded entertainment.
Earlier in her career, she held key leadership positions at NDTV Media and Star India, where she launched new revenue streams, built advertising verticals, and shaped award-winning initiatives such as Indian of the Year and NDTV Greenathon.
Namrata brings with her a bold, insights-driven approach to marketing, backed by an exceptional ability to connect brands with culture. Her new role at Adnet Global is expected to elevate the company’s storytelling and help position it as a global powerhouse in creative production and post-production services.
