With over 16 years at Manipal Health Enterprises, Gandhinathan has steadily advanced through the ranks, having previously served as Associate Director and Senior Manager. In each role, he played a critical part in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of hospital information systems (HIS), infrastructure management, and IT-enabled healthcare solutions that enhance clinical and operational efficiency across the group’s network of hospitals.
Before joining Manipal, Gandhinathan gained extensive experience in both hospital operations and software implementation, holding key positions at e-Cosmos Solutions, e4e Business Solutions, Aosta Software Technologies, and Kovai Medical Center and Hospital. His early years as a System Analyst and Programmer laid a solid technical foundation that has evolved into strategic leadership in digital transformation within the healthcare sector.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital Management from Alagappa University, further supported by academic credentials from Madurai Kamaraj University.
