Nirmal Dave has recently taken on the role of Manager – IT at Kusum Group of Companies, bringing with him a robust portfolio of experience across IT infrastructure, GxP compliance, and regulated system management. Based in Indore, Nirmal is now leading critical IT and compliance initiatives at Kusum Plants, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to digital security and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical sector.
In his new position, Nirmal is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of highly regulated systems, including the implementation of Caliber LIMS, QAMS, and DMS. His hands-on approach spans from initial planning and validation through to successful deployment, user training, and ongoing support. A key highlight of his recent work includes deploying Track & Trace serialization systems to align with pharmaceutical regulatory mandates, as well as managing endpoint threat detection via WatchGuard XDR.
Before this role, Nirmal served as Deputy Manager – IT at the same group, where he led transformative projects over a span of two years. He built secure, scalable server infrastructures, implemented disaster recovery protocols, and championed compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5 standards. Nirmal’s work has consistently bridged regulatory requirements with digital agility—ensuring secure data handling and audit readiness at every level.
Over the years, Nirmal has climbed the ranks with progressive roles including Assistant Manager – IT, and earlier stints at US Tech Solutions and Amity University, where he built a strong foundation in system administration, endpoint security, and client-centric technical support. Across his career, he has been instrumental in configuring and securing server environments, managing cloud-based solutions like Office 365, and streamlining IT operations for scale and compliance.
