In his new role, Ssaurabh will spearhead the entire HR function at Lupin Diagnostics, a fast-growing division of the Lupin Group, known for its patient-centric and tech-driven diagnostic services. He will be responsible for leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement across the organization’s expanding national footprint. Prior to joining Lupin Diagnostics, Ssaurabh held pivotal HR leadership roles at PeopleResources, Torrent Diagnostics, Ampath Laboratories (part of Siemens and Varian Group), and SRL Diagnostics®. Across these organizations, he successfully led strategic hiring initiatives, HR digitization, employee lifecycle development, and HR policy transformation—contributing significantly to business outcomes in high-growth, regulated environments.
Ssaurabh is a postgraduate in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which laid the foundation for his comprehensive HR expertise spanning talent management, compliance, performance frameworks, and organizational development.
