Prior to joining Lupin Diagnostics, Ssaurabh held pivotal HR leadership roles at PeopleResources, Torrent Diagnostics, Ampath Laboratories (part of Siemens and Varian Group), and SRL Diagnostics®. Across these organizations, he successfully led strategic hiring initiatives, HR digitization, employee lifecycle development, and HR policy transformation—contributing significantly to business outcomes in high-growth, regulated environments.
Ssaurabh is a postgraduate in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which laid the foundation for his comprehensive HR expertise spanning talent management, compliance, performance frameworks, and organizational development.
