Prior to joining Waystone, Komal was a key HR leader at Worldline, where she spent over nine years across various leadership roles. As Senior Manager – Human Resources, she was instrumental in strengthening the HRBP function, driving employee engagement, talent development, and strategic workforce planning. Her tenure saw the seamless alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to a high-performance culture within the organization.
Komal’s professional foundation was built at Atos, where she held various roles for more than nine years, culminating as Assistant Manager – HR. At Atos, she played a significant role in managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and learning & development programs. Her early career in HR operations and recruitment laid the groundwork for her ability to build scalable people processes in fast-growing environments.
