Nikhil Gautam has stepped into the role of Head of Sales & Business Development – West & APAC at Scienaptic AI, marking a pivotal move in the company’s expansion journey across key global markets. With over a decade of experience in sales strategy, digital lending, and strategic alliances, Nikhil brings a powerful blend of fintech expertise and business acumen to his new role.

Prior to joining Scienaptic AI, Nikhil served as a key sales leader at Lentra, where he managed SaaS solution sales across North and South India. In this role, he successfully engaged with CXOs across banks, NBFCs, and fintechs, delivering scalable digital lending solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience in the financial services sector.

Earlier, at Lendingkart, Nikhil played a central role in building co-lending alliances with top-tier lenders. He owned P&L responsibilities and led go-to-market (GTM) strategies, fueling Lendingkart’s rapid growth and helping it become a major player in India’s alternative lending landscape. His ability to align strategic partnerships with business growth objectives has been a consistent hallmark of his career.

Nikhil’s earlier roles at Adfl Solutions, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and IDFC FIRST Bank further strengthened his domain expertise, particularly in crafting revenue-generating models and forging impactful relationships within the lending ecosystem. Backed by an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive sustainable sales momentum and partnership-led growth.

At Scienaptic AI, Nikhil is poised to lead the company’s regional growth initiatives in the West and APAC markets. His appointment reflects Scienaptic’s strategic focus on expanding its AI-powered credit decisioning platform into newer geographies, empowering financial institutions with smarter, faster, and more inclusive lending decisions.
