Vipin Chauhan is currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Experion Developers, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In his current role, he continues to drive high-value real estate transactions in the luxury segment, blending market insights with strategic negotiations to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Prior to this, he served as Senior Manager – New Launches at Experion Developers, where he played a pivotal role in several successful project rollouts and was recognized with multiple awards, including the Super Achiever Award, Centurion of the Year Award, CEO’s Choice Award, and Spot Award for outstanding sales performance, achieving sales worth INR 191 Crores in Q2 FY24–25.
Before joining Experion, Vipin Chauhan worked with M3M India Private Limited as Sourcing & Closing Manager, where he earned the All-Round Excellence Award for his performance in managing high-end luxury residential and commercial developments.
His earlier experience includes over five years at ATS Infrastructure Ltd., where he held several roles such as Senior Manager, Site Lead for ATS Pristine Golf Villas and ATS Kingston Heath, and Site Head for Premium Residential Sales. Vipin also contributed to sales and marketing for ATS Pristine, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in Noida’s competitive luxury housing market.
Earlier in his career, Vipin Chauhan gained valuable experience through internships with leading organizations like Colliers International, Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, Larsen & Toubro, and Jaypee Greens. These roles helped him build a strong foundation in real estate research, sales, marketing, and project management.
