Vinay Kumar Jha has been appointed as Deputy Vice President – Operations at 1Point1, marking a new chapter in his distinguished leadership journey. With deep domain experience in global service delivery, CX strategy, and digital transformation, Vinay is set to enhance 1Point1’s operational capabilities and drive its next phase of growth.
Prior to taking on this role, Vinay served as Practice Head at VASUTTI Services Private Ltd. (Dec 2024 – Aug 2025), where he led strategy, delivery, and P&L responsibility across service verticals. His leadership there spanned client management, process optimization, and expansion in B2B service domains.
Before VASUTTI, Vinay held the role of Enterprise Account Director at CMS IT Services, overseeing relationships and service deliverables for major technology clients in the GCC and Indian markets. He drove infrastructure, cloud migrations, staffing, and managed service contracts, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Earlier in his career, Vinay worked with marquee organizations such as Concentrix, HGS, Mphasis, IBM, and others—leading large-scale operations, cross-geography delivery, process excellence, and transformation programs. He is known for his ability to scale operations, optimize cost structures, and build high-performing teams in complex environments.
