Siddharth Dixit has been elevated to Assistant Vice President – Product Owner at HSBC, marking a significant milestone in his journey within the banking and product management space. Based in Bengaluru, Siddharth continues to contribute to HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking division, focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and driving product innovation that enhances client experience and operational efficiency.
Since joining HSBC in 2023, Siddharth has led strategic projects that have shaped the digital lending ecosystem for HSBC’s global markets and retail banking customers. His portfolio included Credit Limit Increase (CLI), Money Transfer, BNPL/Flexipay, and Credit Card originations, with successful launches in Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Singapore, and the UK. He has been instrumental in delivering key customer-centric initiatives such as the Premier Credit Card Proposition Revamp and Transaction Alerts Threshold Management.
Before his tenure at HSBC, Siddharth gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at American Express, where he worked in the Consumer Credit Risk Strategy team, analyzing real-time international market data to enhance risk and communication strategies. His analytical contributions improved notification frequency models and overall customer retention. Siddharth also earned recognition as the Microsoft PM Engage Winner at Microsoft, where he conceptualized and designed the Autofill feature for Microsoft Edge, reflecting his innovative product mindset and design capability.
Earlier in his career, Siddharth worked with Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where he gained hands-on experience in business analysis, user experience design, and agile product ownership. His exposure to consulting and digital transformation projects strengthened his ability to integrate business needs with scalable technological solutions. During his university years, he also served as a Core Committee Member at CodeChef-VIT, engaging in programming challenges and tech community initiatives that nurtured his analytical and problem-solving skills.
An alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Siddharth holds an MBA in Product Management. His new role at HSBC highlights his growing influence in the domains of digital banking, product strategy, and customer experience leadership, reinforcing HSBC’s commitment to innovation and excellence in financial services.
