Sanket Kadam has been appointed as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Waystone, a global governance and compliance powerhouse, where he now leads talent strategy for the firm’s growing India operations. Based in Mumbai, Sanket is steering end-to-end recruitment across critical domains such as operations, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and shared services. His role also includes driving employer branding, recruitment automation, and scalable process frameworks that support Waystone’s teams across the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the US.
Sanket’s appointment comes at a crucial time as Waystone deepens its presence in India. With the successful launch of the Mumbai office, the company is focused on building a talent ecosystem that reflects its global standards and ambitions. In this capacity, Sanket is not only managing strategic workforce planning but also introducing automation across offer management and recruitment reporting—efforts aimed at improving efficiency and elevating candidate experience.
Before joining Waystone, Sanket built a robust career across some of the world’s leading financial and professional services organizations. At CSC, he led hiring across hedge funds, private equity, and capital markets roles. His earlier stints at BNP Paribas and Intertrust Group involved managing fund accounting and business analytics recruitment up to VP level. His experience also includes a key talent acquisition role at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for risk, compliance, and legal hiring.
