Ritesh Shergill has recently joined PwC as Senior Manager, further strengthening the firm’s digital and data-driven consulting capabilities. Based in Mumbai and operating in a hybrid model, Ritesh took on the new role in June 2025, bringing with him an impressive career spanning nearly two decades across some of the most prestigious organizations in the technology and consulting ecosystem.
Prior to joining PwC, Ritesh served as Senior Technical Architect at 3Pillar Global, where he was instrumental in establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Data Engineering. His work focused heavily on Generative AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Agentic frameworks. He also led high-impact data governance, security consultations, and software architecture designs for cloud-native applications, proving his ability to drive transformative technology at scale.
Ritesh’s previous leadership roles include Vice President at Penny Software and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he played key roles in system architecture, stakeholder engagement, DevSecOps, and full-stack development. His contributions at JPMorgan extended to leading AI/ML upskilling initiatives across the asset management vertical. Earlier in his career, he held critical roles at HERE Technologies, Standard & Poor’s, Accenture, and TCS, steadily building a reputation for excellence in both engineering and team leadership.
Throughout his journey, Ritesh has been known for his ability to blend technical depth with strategic vision. His diverse skill set across AI, machine learning, software architecture, data engineering, and prompt engineering positions him as a valuable asset to PwC as it continues to invest in emerging technologies and digital transformation.
