Gaurav Agarwal has joined CASHe as AVP – Strategic Alliances & Growth, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it scales its digital lending and financial wellness ecosystem. With nearly two decades of experience spanning banking, lending, fintech, and strategic partnerships, Gaurav brings a dynamic blend of innovation, execution, and mentorship to his new role.
Before joining CASHe, Gaurav held the position of Head – Partnerships & Alliances at Niyogin, where he successfully forged impactful partnerships across the digital lending landscape. He has also made significant contributions at organizations such as Directi, Mint International, YES BANK, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led high-impact teams across sales, customer support, and operations. Known for rolling out new-to-market concepts, his strategic foresight has led to enhanced top-line growth, deeper partner ecosystems, and technology-driven lending models.
Apart from his corporate career, Gaurav has actively contributed to the startup ecosystem. He currently serves as a Mentor with E-Cell at IIT Madras, guiding early-stage ventures in business scaling, P&L management, and team hiring. He is also a Visiting Faculty at N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, nurturing the next generation of business leaders. His passion for team empowerment, evident through his leadership style, makes him a valuable asset for any forward-looking organization.
