Vinod Raisinghani has taken on a new role as National Head – Sales at DBS Workspace, marking another milestone in his dynamic career in India’s fast-evolving flexible workspace sector. With over a decade of rich experience in revenue leadership, sales strategy, and P&L management across leading coworking and real estate platforms, Vinod is well-positioned to steer DBS Workspace’s growth plans across key metro markets.
Before joining DBS Workspace in July 2025, Vinod served at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited for nearly four years, progressing from Assistant Vice President – Sales to Vice President – Sales. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in scaling client acquisitions, strengthening enterprise partnerships, and consolidating market share in Western India. His ability to blend customer-centric strategies with agile execution has earned him recognition as a results-driven leader in the shared workspace ecosystem.
Earlier, Vinod held senior commercial roles with CoWrks, where he successfully led revenue operations in Mumbai and contributed to the Pune market launch. At Regus, a part of the IWG group, he managed a multi-location sales portfolio and was responsible for generating revenues upwards of ₹15 crore annually. His foundational experiences in corporate sales with Ola also sharpened his capabilities in solution selling and strategic account management.
As he steps into his new role at DBS Workspace, Vinod will focus on expanding the company’s national footprint, driving enterprise sales, and strengthening channel partnerships. His leadership is expected to unlock new growth avenues as DBS positions itself as a competitive player in India’s expanding flexible workspace landscape. With his customer-first approach and extensive network in the industry, Vinod brings both vision and operational depth to the table.
