Namdev Shenoy appointed as Head — Corporate Functions at EZE Cloud Consulting, where he oversees finance, HR, IT, administration and new geography expansion. In this role he aligns operational efficiency with strategic growth, streamlines processes across functions, and supports the company’s expansion plans by building scalable back-office systems and governance.
Earlier, Namdev led corporate treasury functions at LTIMindtree, Global Value Add Inc., Knowise Learning Academy India Pvt Ltd, Accenture, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and Mindtree, managing investments, global banking operations and cashflow optimisation across multiple countries. He has hands-on experience deploying surplus cash into appropriate investment buckets, harmonising banking relationships, handling forex commitments, and driving automation to transform treasury operations for greater efficiency and controls.
Prior roles show a strong focus on finance operations and value-add activities: Namdev has driven receivables optimisation, contract analytics, timely invoicing and audit-ready client documentation. He has also led strategic sourcing for IT categories, run large RFPs, and presented analytics to leadership — bringing a blend of operational discipline and data-driven decision support to finance teams.
Namdev has supplemented his corporate work with training and teaching: he has served as a freelance lead trainer for financial topics (including certification programs) and as visiting faculty at universities, helping build capability in risk management, derivatives and personal finance. This demonstrates his comfort with both technical finance topics and knowledge transfer.
