Jesal Trivedi Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Asego, a move that strengthens the company’s leadership bench as it continues to scale its insurance and digital solutions ecosystem. Based in Mumbai, Jesal will oversee end-to-end operations, drive strategic transformation initiatives, and enhance organizational efficiency as Asego deepens its presence in India’s rapidly evolving insurance-tech space.
With close to two decades of experience across insurance, digital transformation, business solutions, and operational excellence, Jesal brings a blend of domain depth and execution expertise to his new role. Before joining Asego, he served as Head – Insurance Business at Vymo, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s insurance vertical, driving partner enablement, and improving business outcomes through workflow digitisation and productivity enhancements.
Jesal previously spent more than four years at Bajaj Allianz Life, where he held dual responsibilities as Head – Process Integration Team (Institutional Business) and Product Owner – DigiBanca™. He led major transformation programs, streamlined process frameworks, and enabled digital partnerships across institutional channels. His earlier role within the Process Integration Team involved steering cross-functional collaboration, mapping end-to-end business processes, and driving operational efficiency across enterprise functions.
Prior to Bajaj Allianz Life, Jesal built extensive experience at PNB MetLife, where he progressed through senior roles in the Business Solutions Group, ultimately serving as General Manager. Across his five-year tenure, he led strategic negotiation initiatives, developed customer-centric process architectures, and strengthened business readiness for large-scale transformation. His earlier career includes leadership and project management roles at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, HDFC Life, ICICI Bank, and Tech Mahindra Business Services—establishing his expertise at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
As Chief Operating Officer at Asego, Jesal is expected to accelerate operational excellence, strengthen digital-first insurance capabilities, and support the organisation’s long-term growth vision.
