With more than 14 years of rich and diverse experience, Ruchita has built strong expertise across global talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership hiring, campus strategy, TA analytics, and stakeholder management. She has been instrumental in designing high-impact hiring strategies that support scale, efficiency, and quality—making her a strong asset to Cipla’s Center of Excellence. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of the talent landscape consistently reflect her ability to support fast-growing and transformation-led organisations.
Before joining Cipla, Ruchita delivered impactful contributions across some of India’s leading companies. At Lupin, she played a key role in strengthening TA capabilities, driving employer branding initiatives, and building structured hiring programs across functions. Her experience at Allana Group and Tata Projects further solidified her leadership in managing high-volume hiring, specialist recruitment mandates, and large-scale talent planning initiatives. These roles helped her build a strong command over both operational and strategic facets of talent acquisition.
