Throughout his 21-year career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Nihar built a legacy of transformative leadership. Rising to the role of Managing Director, he played an instrumental part in leading Chase’s offshore Consumer & Community Banking Operations across India and the Philippines. In this critical function, he oversaw more than 20,000 employees across customer experience, credit, fraud, and regulatory operations—ensuring operational rigor, service excellence, and cohesive global delivery models. His contributions significantly shaped Chase’s international operating landscape.
Nihar also led the establishment and expansion of the Chase Data & Analytics team in India, a milestone achievement that strengthened the organisation’s capability in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven customer insights. Alongside this, he built a high-performing Product Management organisation of 200+ professionals, enabling the development of scalable digital solutions and customer-centric platforms. His leadership further spanned cloud modernization, AI/ML initiatives, and the transformation of complex operational ecosystems.
Prior to these global-scale roles, Nihar served as CEO of the JPMC Philippines Global Service Center, where he led strategy, governance, business operations, and culture development for a 16,000-member workforce. His earlier leadership positions—including Senior Director, Director – Operations, and Vice President—gave him comprehensive exposure across performance excellence, corporate governance, talent development, and multi-country service delivery.
