Based remotely in India, Neeraj will be leading Gene Solutions’ India expansion strategy, overseeing laboratory establishment and commercial operations spanning sales and marketing. His mandate also includes strengthening the brand’s footprint in high-impact therapeutic areas like oncology, cancer genomics, reproductive health, and non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT).
With over a decade of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical leadership, Neeraj brings with him a proven track record across multiple organizations. Prior to joining Gene Solutions, he served as Deputy General Manager at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he headed global oncology marketing for emerging markets such as LATAM, APAC, Mexico, Brazil, and South Africa. His expertise in strategic market analysis, cross-functional coordination, and new product launches added significant value to Intas’ international commercial operations.
Neeraj’s earlier career includes impactful stints at Guardant Health AMEA, where he focused on molecular oncology and cancer genomics, and Roche, where he held dual roles in corporate accounts and as a partner for personalized healthcare ecosystems. At Roche, he played a critical role in ecosystem mapping, strategic partnerships, and the clinical adoption of precision medicine platforms like broad genomic profiling. His prior experiences with Troikaa Pharmaceuticals and Bestochem Formulations further sharpened his acumen in hospital marketing, institutional business, and therapeutic innovation.
