Chanchal Kumar Seth has joined Infosys as Manager – IT Services and Operations, stepping into a pivotal role that involves overseeing infrastructure project management and operational efficiency at scale. With a career spanning over eight years in IT infrastructure and project execution, Chanchal brings a strong technical foundation coupled with proven leadership in large-scale IT transformations.
Prior to joining Infosys in July 2025, Chanchal served as Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure Projects at Biocon, where he led a wide range of mission-critical projects, including enterprise network design, CCTV and access control deployments, and data centre implementations. His comprehensive approach—spanning project initiation to closure—was instrumental in delivering complex solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Chanchal’s earlier experience at Epitome Infotech Solutions and 3C3 India Pvt. Ltd. laid the groundwork for his expertise in structured cabling, passive and active networking, vendor management, and team leadership. He is known for his hands-on execution style, strategic stakeholder engagement, and dedication to quality assurance in IT infrastructure delivery.
An engineering graduate from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Chanchal specialises in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, equipping him with a strong analytical and technical lens. He has consistently applied this knowledge to streamline infrastructure, enhance IT resiliency, and build scalable enterprise networks.
