Anandamayi Bajaj has officially joined the Bajaj Group as General Manager – Group Strategy, marking the entry of the fifth generation of the Bajaj family into the $2.5 billion conglomerate. In her new role, she will be working closely with the senior leadership across Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar, Bajaj Consumer Care, Bajaj Energy, and the Bajaj Foundation, with a focus on evaluating long-term growth opportunities across diverse verticals.
A graduate in Financial Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University, Anandamayi also pursued an international study program at Università Bocconi, Italy, further broadening her perspective on global business and strategy. Her academic foundation, combined with her fresh outlook, positions her to bring new-age thinking into the group’s strategic decision-making.
