With an impressive tenure of over seven years at Entero Healthcare, Abhitesh has been instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory from a high-potential startup to one of the fastest-growing healthcare platforms in the country. As President – Retail Business & New Initiatives, he played a central role in preparing the company for public listing, successfully filing its DRHP in 2023, and scaling the retail business to an annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeding ₹3,000 crore. His efforts in process automation, profitability enhancement, and strategic partnerships have significantly strengthened Entero’s operational backbone and financial performance.
Before assuming his new role, Abhitesh’s journey through Entero showcased his deep understanding of business building from the ground up. As Business Head – Retail Pharma, he led the expansion of Entero’s footprint from 20 cities to over 100, growing revenues from ₹600 crore to ₹2,400 crore. His leadership in team building, P&L management, and innovative market approaches helped establish Entero as one of the rare profitable startups in the Indian healthcare space.
Abhitesh’s earlier experience as a Founding Member and Head – Sales & Business Development at Entero laid the foundation for the company’s strong network of 85,000+ retailers across 20 cities. His vision and execution in scaling the business from zero to ₹600 crore ARR within nine months underscored his entrepreneurial drive and strategic agility. Prior to Entero, he also held impactful roles at Fortis Healthworld, Ocwen Financial Solutions, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he honed his expertise in strategic finance, operations, and corporate growth.
