Abhishek Sharda has been appointed as General Manager & Zonal Head at Yatra Online Ltd., where he is leading the company’s corporate spend management business under the Recap (by Yatra) brand. In this role, he is responsible for driving enterprise growth across the West India region, acquiring new corporate clients, and building strategic partnerships that strengthen Yatra’s footprint in the business travel and expense management domain. Abhishek also oversees P&L management, account expansion, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless client experiences and sustainable revenue growth.
Before joining Yatra, Abhishek served as Senior Sales Manager at Happay, where he played a key role in driving new customer acquisitions and scaling enterprise adoption of Happay’s spend management solutions. His responsibilities included developing sales strategies, leading high-impact presentations, and building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. During his tenure, Abhishek was instrumental in positioning Happay as a trusted digital payments and expense automation partner for large organizations across sectors.
Earlier, Abhishek spent seven years at MetroGuild, where he worked as Regional Sales Manager and led the go-to-market launch of the company’s flagship CRM platform, Metroleads, in India and international markets. He managed end-to-end sales operations — from customer acquisition and onboarding to retention and account mining — while shaping product development strategy through market insights. His efforts contributed to the company’s consistent growth in enterprise technology sales.
Abhishek began his career at Tally Solutions, where he managed regional partner networks, distribution performance, and enterprise account expansion across key markets. With over a decade of experience in enterprise sales, Abhishek has built a strong reputation as a strategist and sales leader in the SaaS and fintech space, known for driving digital transformation, business process efficiency, and customer-centric growth.
