Abdur Rafi has been appointed as Chief Information Technology Officer at RICE ADAMAS Group, bringing with him more than 26 years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and information security. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the Group’s technology vision, advancing its digital strategy, and strengthening IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks to align with the organization’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining RICE ADAMAS Group, Abdur Rafi served as Deputy General Manager – IT & CISO at ABP Group, where he managed large-scale IT infrastructure operations and led enterprise-wide initiatives in cybersecurity, service desk management, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery. His leadership at ABP Group also included overseeing data center projects, establishing robust IT and information security policies, driving compliance, and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets with a focus on efficiency and resilience.
