Raghavendra brings over 17 years of experience in human resources, compliance, operations, and organizational transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fidelis Technology Services, where he successfully implemented future-ready HR practices and strengthened compliance frameworks. During his tenure as Vice President – HR, Compliance & Operations, he was instrumental in scaling operations, building high-performance teams, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
His earlier career journey includes leadership roles at Paylink Financial Services as Assistant Manager – Payroll Administration and at NetConnectGlobal, where he gained hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce management. This diverse background has enabled him to develop a holistic understanding of people, processes, and governance, making him a trusted leader in the HR and staffing ecosystem.
