Kishor Kenche has joined Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd. as Chief Human Resource Officer, bringing over 19 years of rich experience across diverse HR functions in India. In his new role, he will drive strategic HR initiatives to align the company’s workforce with its overall business goals, providing leadership and guidance to the executive management team and board of directors.
Prior to this, Kishor served as Country HR Head at Brembo Brake India Pvt. Ltd. for over eight years, where he was responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and operational goals. His work spanned succession planning, talent management, and organizational development, ensuring robust HR frameworks across all functions.
Earlier in his career, he was Head of Human Resources (Mumbai Cluster) at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, managing a workforce of over 2,200 employees across multiple business divisions with a revenue of INR 1,900 crore. Kishor oversaw end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, OD initiatives, budgeting, and EHS activities, while contributing as a key member of the leadership team.
Kishor has also held senior HR positions at Mubea India and Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., where he focused on HR operations, employee hiring, process improvement, people development, and building high-performance teams. His extensive experience in aligning human capital with business strategy has enabled organizations to drive growth and sustain employee engagement effectively.
With his appointment at Gold Plus Glass Industry, Kishor is expected to lead transformational HR initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and drive strategic workforce planning to support the company’s future growth trajectory.
