His career also includes experience as Recruitment Manager at Vision Group Inc and HRBP at Ducon Industries FZCO in the UAE. These roles have provided him with broad exposure to strategic HR, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational support across diverse business environments.
Earlier in his career, Mohd Shafi worked with HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions as a Human Resources Specialist, building a strong foundation in HR operations, HRIS, employer branding, and employee-focused initiatives.
