Anil Kumar Verma has been appointed as Cluster Head – North & Western States at MASCO NuAg, where he will lead business operations, sales and marketing strategy, and market expansion across the northern and western regions of India. In this leadership role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s market presence, driving business growth, building strategic channel partnerships, and delivering innovative agricultural solutions for farmers. With over 20 years of experience in the agri-input industry, Verma brings extensive expertise in sales, strategic planning, dealer management, market intelligence, team leadership, and business development across seeds, crop protection, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.
Prior to joining MASCO NuAg, Verma served as SBH Head – North & Central India (Sales & Marketing) and earlier as SBH – North Head at Growero Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he led sales and marketing operations while driving business growth across key agricultural markets. Before that, he worked as Business Head – North at Sumil Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd., overseeing regional business expansion and strengthening customer and channel networks. He also held the position of Zonal Manager – Marketing at ADAMA India, managing marketing initiatives across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Earlier in his career, Verma served as Regional Manager at Crystal Crop Protection Pvt. Ltd., leading business operations across Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir. Prior to that, he worked as Marketing Development Manager at ADAMA India, focusing on market development initiatives in Punjab’s cotton belt. He also held the role of Territory Manager at Bayer Crop Science, contributing to sales growth and market development, and began his professional journey as Marketing Officer at DCM Shriram Ltd., building a strong foundation in agricultural sales, marketing, and channel management.
