Chaitrali Patekar has been appointed as Head – People & Culture at Ador Powertron, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey. In this role, she will be accountable for leading the people strategy across all three plants—Ador Powertron, Ador Digatron, and Quench. She will oversee talent management, HR operations, industrial relations, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, and people-centric initiatives to strengthen business performance and organizational culture across the group.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources across manufacturing, engineering, and infrastructure sectors, Chaitrali has built a strong track record of driving strategic HR transformation. Prior to joining Ador Powertron, she served as Senior Manager – HR & IR at Keolis India Private Limited, where she supported the Pune Metro Line 3 project.
Earlier in her career, Chaitrali worked with GKN Aerospace and Phenix Groups, where she played a pivotal role in establishing a greenfield manufacturing set ups by leading HR systems, IR-ER, payroll, leading strategic initiatives in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning & development, employee engagement, and high-performance team building.
She also contributed to M+W Group in HR and administration, building a strong foundation in HR operations and organizational processes. She has been also recognized through leading industry platforms for her contributions to HR innovation and HR operations.
In her new leadership role, Chaitrali will focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture across Ador’s manufacturing operations. Her appointment reflects the organization’s commitment to strengthening leadership, enhancing employee experience, and driving sustainable growth through strategic human capital initiatives.
