Dnyanesh Paradhi has been appointed as Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Fuji Silvertech, an Indo-Japan venture by Fuji Concrete Co. Ltd., Japan, operating in the precast manufacturing and EPC infrastructure sector.
With over 26 years of leadership experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Dnyanesh brings deep expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, contract management, supplier development, logistics optimization, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale procurement and supply chain initiatives that have strengthened business performance, improved efficiency, and delivered sustainable value across diverse industries.
In his new role, Dnyanesh will lead Fuji Silvertech’s end-to-end Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing functions. He will drive procurement digitalization, strengthen strategic supplier partnerships, enhance supply chain resilience, optimize costs, and support the Group’s manufacturing expansion through effective Capex procurement. Additionally, he will oversee the Supply Chain Management function for the Group’s EPC business, playing a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence and long-term growth.
Prior to joining Fuji Silvertech, Dnyanesh held leadership positions with renowned organizations including KALPATARU PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Holcim, Reliance Power Limited, Reliance Infrastructure, Larsen & Toubro, and Mahanagar Gas Limited, where he built a strong track record of driving procurement excellence and business transformation.
