Dr. Jeetendra Agrawal has been elevated to Vice President – Health Claims & North Hub-Incharge at Tata AIG General Insurance, recognizing his significant contributions to the organization’s health insurance and claims ecosystem. In his expanded role, he will continue to lead health claims operations across the North Hub, strengthen customer experience, drive operational excellence, and oversee strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and claims governance.
Prior to this elevation, Dr. Agrawal served as Deputy Vice President – Health Claims & North Hub-Incharge at Tata AIG, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining claims processes, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and improving operational performance. Before joining Tata AIG, he held leadership positions as Associate Director – Engagements at IHX Private Limited and Specialist – Insurance at the National Health Authority (NHA), gaining valuable experience in healthcare policy, insurance operations, and healthcare delivery systems.
His career also includes key roles at Health Insurance TPA of India Ltd. (GIPSA TPA), Medi Assist India Pvt. Ltd., Family Health Plan (TPA) Pvt. Ltd., and Alankit Healthcare. Across these organizations, he built extensive expertise in claims management, healthcare administration, relationship management, corporate engagement, provider network management, and business operations.
With nearly two decades of experience in health insurance, claims management, and healthcare administration, Dr. Jeetendra Agrawal brings deep industry expertise and strong leadership capabilities to his elevated role.
