Roystan Marion appointed as Regional Head – Mumbai & Ahmedabad, Customer Experience & Operations at Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited. In this leadership role, he will oversee a regional portfolio spanning more than 2 million sq. ft. of managed office space across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, with full responsibility for operations, client experience, P&L management, compliance, governance, and business performance. He will also work closely with sales and business development teams to drive client retention, occupancy growth, expansions, and operational scalability across the region.
A seasoned operations and workplace management professional, Roystan brings extensive expertise in facilities management, customer experience, business operations, vendor governance, and large-scale team leadership. His career has been defined by successfully managing complex operational environments, strengthening client relationships, driving profitability, and implementing service excellence frameworks across diverse industries.
Before joining Smartworks, Roystan served as General Manager – Lead Operations at Table Space, where he spearheaded workplace services, facilities management, operational governance, budgeting, and revenue management across Mumbai. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Table Space, PSIPL [Property Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd.], Sodexo, Tenon Group Facility Management, G4S, 3S Integrated Facility Management Pvt Ltd, Paramount HR Services, OCS India, Firstsource, and Tech Mahindra, managing large client portfolios, strategic accounts, multi-site operations, and workforce teams while consistently delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
