Paridhi Chopra has been elevated to Assistant Vice President – Channel Marketing at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, recognizing her strong contributions to the organization’s marketing and distribution growth initiatives. In her new role, she will lead agency distribution marketing, working closely on advisor engagement programs, digital learning initiatives, and distribution growth strategies designed to strengthen channel effectiveness and enhance business outcomes across the distribution network.
Prior to this elevation, Paridhi served as General Manager – Marketing at Niva Bupa, where she played a key role in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and marketing effectiveness. Her leadership has contributed to strengthening marketing capabilities and supporting business growth through strategic campaigns and customer-centric initiatives. This progression reflects her growing impact within the organization and her ability to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Before joining Niva Bupa, Paridhi spent over four years with Aviva India, leading brand marketing. She was instrumental in developing integrated marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer engagement. Earlier in her career, she held key roles with The ConnectHub, Momspresso, ITSA Brand Innovations, Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis, and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, managing marketing and brand initiatives for renowned organizations including Huawei, Vedanta Group, HCL Technologies, ITC, Nestlé, Sprite, Fanta, Mirinda, Tropicana, and Twister.
