Her expertise lies in architecting scalable enterprise solutions that bridge business strategy with technology execution, helping organizations move beyond reporting to create data-driven operating models that accelerate growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Exponentia.ai, Lopa spent close to a decade at Gartner, where she held several leadership roles including Senior Solution Architect, Data Analytics & Delivery, Principal Analytics Engineer, and Lead Analytics Engineer. During her tenure, she led Gartner’s enterprise-scale migration to Microsoft Azure, architected advanced analytics and decision intelligence frameworks, drove master data management transformation programs, and enabled AI-led business use cases across HR, consulting, and sales functions. She also played a pivotal role in modernizing enterprise data architecture through Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native engineering practices.
Earlier in her career, Lopa spent nearly eight years with Tata Consultancy Services, delivering complex data warehousing and ETL transformation programs for global clients across healthcare and telecom industries. Her appointment at Exponentia.ai reflects her deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture, particularly within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, where she is now helping organizations build integrated, scalable, and AI-ready data foundations.
