Hari Ashwath Ramachandran has been appointed as Vice President & Global Head – Revenue and Growth at Elite EPM, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey across enterprise sales, business transformation, and strategic growth. In this role, he will lead revenue growth and business stability across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, while overseeing enterprise sales, strategic alliances, key account management, and go-to-market expansion initiatives. He will also drive sales governance, forecasting, revenue realization, and team development to strengthen Elite EPM’s global growth agenda.
Prior to joining Elite EPM, Hari held leadership positions at Tata Elxsi, where he served as Senior Manager – APAC Sales and Sales Manager – APAC. During his tenure, he delivered several landmark achievements, including closing multi-year enterprise deals worth over USD 288 million and securing the largest new logo deal in Tata Elxsi’s history — a USD 50 million connected solutions engagement with JSW Motors. He also played a key role in expanding strategic accounts such as Mercedes-Benz and Stellantis, while driving AI/ML and GenAI solution sales across the APAC region and growing portfolios with exceptional year-on-year performance.
Hari’s career foundation was built through the prestigious Tata Administrative Services (TAS) leadership program, where he worked across multiple Tata Group companies including Tata Consultancy Services, Tata 1mg, Tata Technologies, Tata Steel Foundation, and Tata CLiQ. Across these assignments, he gained extensive exposure to business strategy, healthcare consulting, GTM planning, product strategy, impact evaluation, and operational transformation. His early professional journey also includes roles at Canara Bank and ITC Infotech, where he developed expertise in banking, analytics, consulting, and business operations.
