With extensive experience in sales management and real estate advisory, Sandeep has consistently demonstrated strong capabilities in project sales, customer relationship management, and revenue generation. Prior to this appointment, he held leadership roles at organizations such as Aarize Group and Satya Group, where he contributed to sales expansion, project launches, and team leadership across competitive markets.
His professional journey also includes key roles at BPTP Ltd., Emaar India, and Mahima Group, where he played an instrumental role in successfully executing residential and township projects, including plotted developments and affordable housing initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked with firms such as SMC Real Estate Advisors and Indiabulls HomeSearch, gaining strong exposure to project underwriting, advisory, and sales execution.
With over two decades of experience spanning real estate and financial services, including stints at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and Kotak Life Insurance, Sandeep brings a well-rounded and results-driven approach to his role.
